Work in progress.
Design for the new live/work quarters for FluxFactory, a non-profit art group currently located in Queens, NY. The study focused on housing the 8000 sf program on a single 25x100 ft R6 residentially zoned lot. The program consisted of 2000 sf exhibition space, 2000 sf live/work space, 2000 sf common areas and 2000 sf of flexible / rentable space. |
